A bike can take you places.

One million bikes. Free Bikes 4 Kidz is a national nonprofit that started in Minnesota. Its goal is to put one million bikes in the hands of the kids who need them most.

Ask. Give. Ask again. We sat kids down and asked what they wanted to be when they grew up, and the answers came slowly. Then each child got a free bike, and we asked the same question. This time the kids talked about art, college and big plans for the years ahead.

More than a bike. A first bike gives a kid freedom, and a reason to believe in what comes next. The film won a Mosaic ADDY Award at the 2024 Minneapolis AdFed Show.
